Is drinking a taboo or is it a cliched' symbol being "kewl"........ i'm a social drinker who restricts himself to just a can of beer at parties and such... i have been frowned upon so many times for being a party-pooper just coz of this.... frankly i dont intend to be one... if in an utopian world if a can of beer tasted half as good as a coke can, i might guzzle up like an irish descendant, but im not ... i certainly believe the vast majority (of desis and keep in mind not all) engage just for the bragging rights...... So i may never get to experience the inebriated state of bliss, neverthless i cud live with the fact that i had not given into the fad.. dont hate me for that

I am almost positive that every1 I know of wakes up to the aroma of morning coffee... hot (usually), fresh (sometimes) and longed for (always).... my caffiene addiction is to be blamed on my mom... she had abstained me from drinking coffee so much, that it brewed in a rebellion in me... I had to cajole my way for a few sips of filter coffee heaven from my dad and thatha for whom the sun rises with the first page of Hindu..... this until I was deemed old enough to have my own cupful..... so like a marriage vow, as in sickness and in health I never parted its company..... and as all gud things come to an end this did with my first morning at my hostel.... if I cud conjure up all the defining moments in my life, this wud easily make the top five...... there it was a cupful of sweetened hot water...... yeah it did have an aroma... so peculiar that you would not associate it with coffee anytime, anywhere.... it did find a purpose though.. setting of my bowels in motion....after 4yrs.... Iam writing this holding a cup of Folgers instant coffee, which I am sure has a flavor (I dunno what though).... i wonder at the the journey of coffee in my morning life... kinda up and down but always been there... so far....

So who's fed up with indian cricket?... I know I am.... Ganguly hits a century probably against the meekest of opposition he wud have faced (or is likely to face for that matter) and everyone hails the "Return of the King".... grow up ppl.... One board official says that its only a matter of time b4 sachin hits a century and every1 will forget what has happened to cricket... how dumb do they expect us to be..... i havent heard anything in the news abt cricket in india, but for slandering remarks back and forth between the captain and the coach, between board members and yeah I almost forgot..... between ppl who want to broadcast these matches.... Is there anything, anything at all that the BCCI can boast of giving back to the community, despite being the richest of boards... Its almost an ubiquitous statement that American sports are commercialsed to the hilt that the entire spirit of the game is destroyed... now i know thats a load of Bulls***.... its one thing to pack the stadiums week in and week out for those football/basketball/baseball/hockey ( u name it.. its there) ... and its another to give back to the community...... all of the above sports have liasions with some part of the community.... getting those huge superstars to be a part of "Normal" life... soemthing which they might have been through..... The problem is we have only one sport to be recognised in the international arena... so typical of those power-guzzling retards, the main motive is to make more and more money outta it ... and when the coffers are overflowing, fight to own ALL of it.....

It has been really weird these past few years...... there have been so many nature related disasters... it pains to think with all the growth and technology stuff we're not able to bring down any of them...even powerful countries bought to their knees..... and most of them attributed to the palnned destruction of nature's protective mechanisms... the hurricanes i learnt created havoc because of the destruction of marsh lands which usually acted as a natural barrier......... and so were last years tsunami...... if ppl stop worrying about the other stupid things, and do somethign abt this...it's gonna cause some real damage, somethign we may necer recover from.....

Intha foto-va paathale theriyum. The only thing ppl wud be doing is come out shouting the title of the movie in disgust..... It all started of with an uneccessary prelude projecting this no-gud-crap-of-a-film as the next Academy award winner.... ithuku review ellam ezyutha mudiyathu...... the only problem with me as with a couple of others who had watched was that, had he put in some1 else in his shoes, ppl mite have believed.... finally i get to see in print what the B.F in the film title stands for and no prizes for guessing....
