Saw the fourth edition of the gud vs evil story... enjoyed the movie... i'm not a overzealous fan as some who watched the movie with me.... had fun... never seen comic moments in the earlier releases, that was a pleasant surprise....had more emphasis on characterization... but the whole thing seemed so familiar with the main story hanging on to a slender thread... u know whats gonna happen, unless you were busy comparing the book to the movie in which case u r likely to hear a lot of complaints.

Now that Khushboo affair is blown out of proportion, lets take a minute to see what really transpires.......Lets see how many of the "thamizh pen maanam kapavar" could unravel what AIDS stands for..... and i just heard that the advocates are protesting against their potrayal in Sivakasi..... we're one dharna away from dadas and henchmen protesting against their potrayal of villainy... i'm sure i will live to see that day....

I'm feeling miserable , thanks to the annual flu season...... all those things I had taken for granted now seem an elusive luxury..... hoping to get out of the slump sooner..... i had lost my grandfather over this week....a man of discipline, taught me many things abt eating rite and staying fit, although i have grown apart from him the last few years, i just hope i wud have talked to him a lot the last time around... life sometimes is so unfair .... will miss him and i feel bad for paati who wud miss him most......wishing the very best for a friend who's starting out afresh.....a whole lot of things happening but none decisive so far....hope things work out fine.....

Here's a interesting trivia... what do u get when u add a self-extolling hero with a bunch of crackpots hell bent on making fools out of themselves and mix it with a rich gorgeous( u have to give it to her anyway) "on- the-lookout-for-character-driven lover" heroine.... add a jab of a unnecssarily loud pettai dada who desperately wants to be bruised.....wait there's more... add 4 reels of amma, thangai and appa sentiment with an utterly despicable family song set in a rural mileu.... stir it with a almost laughable flashback leading to a all powerful atrociously overacting long lost brother who stops at nuthing and still finds enuf time at the end to reform at the hands of our hero?... u get SIVAKAAAASI.... man i wish i had an alter ego... i wanna grow up a producer (of movies of course)...... where cash meets crap........ almost missed the silver lining... look out for the director cameo.. u mite regret it , yet......... ciao

I spent the most of my 'awake time' yesterday listening to Azyage Sugama from PPM...... An amazing song considering the fact that the movie cud have clinched a spot in the hall of fame of 'All time crappy movies'...... waste of an excellent compostion... wondering how many more of them are there..... will work on a list.
