What is the key to rural development....75 days of guaranteed work,...thats seems awfully simple doesn' it?.... maybe I'm lost upon the idea of emancipation or the govt. is bereft of ideas... i know whatever is allocated never percolates to the bottom of the food chain.... i am just counting days till controversy after controversy is probably going to pull down the plug... or even more likely a change of seat... just coz ur coffers are full, u dont have to start throwing money at problems..... it has never worked and never will...... a saner solution is something to go along with this....even i cud think of a lot of other incentives which aren't gonna burn pockets....the problem is when the outlook is just the next election date and not the next generation...
